  Beyond disappointed. I made an appointment here yesterday and gave all of my insurance information over the phone prior to going in for my appointment and verified not once, but twice, that they accepted my insurance and they confirmed that they did. I left work early today for my appointment (which comes out of MY pocket), just to arrive and have my insurance denied as "they do not accept (my) insurance provider". I could not believe my ears considering I had just verified the day prior which she approved and registered me under. What a complete waste of money, time, and energy. I understand that we all make mistakes from time to time but this incident just baffles me..
