  The person who takes the order should at least remember the face of the person who ordered verses cruising the dining room once before taking the plate of food back behind the counter and checking the ticket over again. I'm posting this review because like many good and hard working folks out there I'm not tolerant of getting charged a lot for what seems like stingy or small portions! I'm also posting because the side of serving person's arm grazed my food during while putting plates on table. As I thought about this, the burrito was bigger than the plate causing the graze...This smaller plate idea is most likely practiced to make the portions look bigger. Initially I'm a fan of Wahoo's especially while in Huntington Beach where I believe the original restaurant resides. Takes me back to beach going days and crafting tricks on my skateboard. At this point I'm not tricked as the food portion size is diminished and becareful no one wants a sweaty side of a arm or hand touching food you've been waiting for.
