  All our windows were replaced by Encinitas Glass Co, the did a good job. I would use them again. [edit: "grrr..." I have to add "fluff" in order to meet 100-char mininmum!]

  We purchased a new shower enclosure and just had it installed ... and we are totally thrilled with the job and the price! They recommended exactly the right glass and design for our master bathroom, and the installation was flawless and professional!

  In the past this Company had excellent service.
  Our experience now is extremely disappointed .
  It seems that they do not stay behind the products they deliver when you have a problem
  Telling us to contact the factory ourselves as being their customer is not the way to do business
