  6 STAR SERVICE!!!!My wife and I were out on our Sunday bike ride along the 101 and we decided to stop by this Ace hardware store because I needed a rubber "O" ring for the chin strap of my bicycle helmet.I walked in the front entrance....never been in this store in my life and a female staff member asked me if she could help me.I said I am looking for an "0" ring for my bicycle helmet chin strap.The lady...her name is Kat said I'll show you where they are kept because we just moved them.We walked down a long aisle at the rear of the store and Kat pulled out the small box tray that held all the various sizes of "O" rings they stocked.I had one of the "O" rings from our helmets in my hand as we tried to find the exact same size.Kat helped me select the right one and said tell them at the counter that it is 27 cents.Well let me tell you I have never had such friendly helpful attentive service in my life while buying such an incredibly inexpensive item.My wife was also impressed and said in future when we need anything from a hardware store this is where we are shopping.Well done Kat and Crown Ace Hardware.
