  I was charged for a service I never received follow up on or a phone call back as to what the charge is for. I can not get a hold of anyone, left several messages and no one calls back. Then I get a threatening notice that the bill will be sent to a collections agency. What kind of practice is this?!?!? This is the wost dental practice I have ever been to. The environment is stale and they obviously don't care about customer service.
