  Our experience was poor communication, poor quality, and poor customer service. The company is too large with lack of supervision. They deal with their mistakes poorly. Don't ask for their references. Ask for all the last 10 current or just completed jobs and talk to other contractors. They do multiple jobs in new developments where reputation has not been established yet.
